About Annie<\/h4>\n

Annie is an out and proud staff administrator at UC Davis Health and throughout her 17+ years of service has been an active advocate, leader and co-conspirator in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion. She actively supports career and education programs, health equity, as well as community engagement with local organizations to build lasting collaborations. Over the past 8 years she has participated in the annual UC Davis Health Improving OUTcomes Conference that is focused on providing education to health professionals in an effort to improve the quality of and access to health care for LGBTQ+ patients. Annie\u2019s mission is to promote, advocate and advance organizational culture and climate change for equitable access to career opportunities, career advancement, and health care for LGBTQ+, women and other historically marginalized communities.<\/p>\n

Annie and her wife, Belinda, enjoy spontaneous road trips to the nearby coasts and the redwoods. Annie loves to cook and attempts healthier versions of traditional family recipes – which are sometimes a fail, but usually still edible.\u00a0<\/p>\n

About Anthony<\/h4>\n

Anthony St. Amant brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and medical device industry to the Sacramento Rainbow Foundation board. With a decade dedicated to various roles within the learning and development department, Anthony has honed his expertise in fostering growth and ensuring quality standards. Currently, he serves as the Senior Quality System Training Specialist at a prominent medical device company.<\/p>\n

Anthony’s unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusion is complemented by his passion for education. He has successfully led employee resource groups at two different companies, focusing on advocating for the LGBTQ+ community. Through these roles, he has collaborated with site leadership to cultivate more inclusive workplaces, demonstrating his dedication to creating environments where everyone can thrive.<\/p>\n

In addition to his professional achievements, Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix (2015) and most recently completed a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, all while working full-time.<\/p>\n

Outside of his professional life, Anthony is a family man and can often be found spending time with his parents and siblings. He is a big movie nerd, an avid reader, loves to travel and road trip, and enjoys baking for others even though he does not have much of a sweet tooth of his own.<\/p>\n

About Angelica<\/h4>\n

Angelica graduated from California State University Sacramento with a degree in political science. She is now the Senior Director of Government Affairs and Compliance at Perfect Union, a Sacramento-based cannabis company that has grown to become one of the largest cannabis operators in California.<\/p>\n

Angelica developed a strong desire to help others while volunteering at various organizations and non-profits throughout the Sacramento region. This led to her interest in becoming even more involved in helping others via her new position at the Sacramento Rainbow Chamber Foundation.<\/p>\n

With the Chamber\u2019s stated goal of supporting and advocating for diversity and inclusion for all in the seven-county Sacramento region, Angelica sees this as an opportunity to do work she is passionate about.<\/p>\n

About Joe<\/h4>\n

Joe is a restaurant owner and financial professional who brings a decade of experience in accounting and management to the Board. Originally from the UK, Joe has lived in downtown\/midtown Sacramento for 8 years. Joe is passionate about empowering community organizations to more effectively achieve their missions by improving internal processes and ensuring sound financial management. In addition to the Foundation board, he serves as Chair of Sacramento County\u2019s Treasury Oversight Committee.<\/p>\n

Joe earned his CPA license while working for the California State Auditor where he led audits of state and local agencies, recommending improvements to enhance the effectiveness of government programs. Now managing private sector projects for Deloitte\u2019s Accounting Advisory practice, he advises companies on their financial and internal policies and helps them prepare for future IPOs.<\/p>\n

Joe and his husband Jesse opened Bear & Crown, a downtown Sacramento restaurant, in 2023. With a large event space, Bear & Crown offers an inclusive LGBTQ+ community space and sponsors\/hosts the Rainbow Chamber, Out Loud sports, NorCal AIDS LIfe Cycle, CGNIE, Frontrunners, and other LGBTQ+ community organizations.<\/p>\n

About Fred<\/h4>\n

Fred is the founder and Publisher of Outword Media Marketing and Events Inc. Now in its 31st year,\u00a0Outword Magazine<\/a>\u00a0is an award-winning LGBT publication and publishes on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month, providing news and entertainment for the LGBT community, as well as image consulting, logo design, fundraising, and alternative distribution channels to its clients.<\/p>\n

Fred is one of the original founding members of the Rainbow Chamber of Commerce and the Rainbow Chamber Foundation and has served several terms as President on each board.<\/p>\n

He has worked with many community organizations, doing special events and fundraisers including PFLAG, Davis Pride, SIGLFF, and Sac LGBT Wedding Expo, helping to raise awareness for LGBT issues and to bring in necessary funding. Fred and his team also created Sacramento Drag Queen Bingo, which to date, has raised over $600,000 for local charities and is now managed by the Sacramento Rainbow Chamber of Commerce.<\/p>\n

Fred has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications, with an emphasis in Marketing and Business Management, from San Francisco State University.<\/p>\n

About Tyler<\/h4>\n

Tyler Moved to Sacramento in the fall of 2021 and immediately joined the Sacramento Rainbow Chamber Foundation Board. Shortly after joining the board, Tyler was appointed as Vice President. In January 2023 Tyler was voted in as President of the Foundation and continues to serve as President. <\/p>\n

Before moving to Sacramento Tyler founded and ran his own e-commerce business, allowing him to live all over Northern California. Following the sale of his company, he moved to Sacramento where he has built a successful career. in October 2023 Tyler Joined Insperity as a Business Performance Advisor and works with small-medium sized businesses all over Northern California. He works with all kinds of businesses, but his specialty is with non-profit organizations. <\/p>\n

Tyler has his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Chico State and his associate degree in Communication Studies from Butte Community College. Tyler accredits his degrees to the organizations within our communities that offer scholarships. Tyler is passionate about scholarships and making sure that they are easily accessible to students on all educational journeys. <\/p>\n

In his free time, Tyler enjoys traveling internationally or spending the weekend up in Amador County wine tasting. He is a foodie and wine enthusiast which lead him to create a website for new and seasoned wine enthusiasts who want to learn more about the Sierra Foothill Wine Country. As the driving force behind Uptown Studios\u2019 event space, public activations, and leading Uptown Studios\u2019 delivery of community partnerships; serving on the board of the Sacramento Rainbow Chamber Foundation as an ally to equality and equity in the LGBTQ+ community is highly important to Kristen. She is great at working with everyone and loves creating events and partnerships that are mutually beneficial to multiple organizations in creative ways. Brian serves as the faculty coordinator for the American River College PRIDE center, developing learning communities and programs for the college LGBTQIA+ student community. Brian is also chair of the College\u2019s Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management Program, where he has helped aspiring chefs and restaurateurs develop skills to enter and succeed in the hospitality industry for over 25 years. With an EdD in leadership and management and an MBA, Brian works to help individuals and organizations strategically position for the future. His passion is focused on giving back to the community that accepted him and made him whole. The Rainbow Chamber\u2019s Foundation Mission aligns perfectly with his purpose. With over twenty years experience in customer service and fifteen years of Integrated Pest Management, Abigail Little became the Founder, Owner and Operator of Happy Home Pest Prevention. She joined the Rainbow Chamber her first month in business in 2024, quickly finding it helpful for her business, as well as enjoying the sense of community support. <\/p>\n

Being a part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and creating a safe environment for clients, is important to Abby\u2019s life and work. To her knowledge, Abby is the first and only trans-woman-owned pest company in California, and the whole country.<\/p>\n

About Paul<\/h4>\n

Paul brings to the Rainbow Foundation nearly 30 years of experience working with non-profit associations in varied board roles. He has served as the Rainbow Chamber of Commerce President, and as International President of Agriventure, where he developed a number of programs for both organizations that had led to long-term success. He has served on the Rainbow Foundation as Secretary\/Treasurer and currently as President. He is a Professional Property Manager for both commercial and multi-family investment properties in the Sacramento Region. He and his husband R.Pauli have been involved in the Rainbow Chamber and St. Francis Church for a number of years. Paul is an avid cyclist and enjoys traveling, especially the outdoors of Northern California.<\/p>\n

Luke Zeiher is a graduate of CSU Sacramento and local product of the San Juan Unified School District. After a successful career in sales, Luke founded his company , Capitol Creative, in 2015 building one of the largest print marketing firms in the Sacramento region.<\/p>\n

Luke has been a member of the Sacramento Rainbow Chamber, championing the LGBTQ+ Business Community for 15 years and has spent several years serving on the Chamber Foundation board.<\/p>\n

About Tranh<\/h4>\n

Tranh is a proud past recipient of the Rainbow Foundation Scholarship (2019) and Stonewall Foundation (2020) and brings to the board a plethora of skills for first-generation students in higher education. From summer 202 of 2021 through December 2022, Tranh served as the PRIDE Center Program Coordinator at Sacramento State. In that role, coordinated the center\u2019s programs, initiatives, services, and activities to serve LGBTQ+ students and allies who seek authentic expression, connection, belonging, and meaning while at Sac State. <\/p>\n

Tranh\u2019s mission on the board is to use their counselor education background, their commitment to student achievement and educational equity; and their collaboration with community partners to empower the next generation of Lavender Leaders. <\/p>\n

Tranh holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from the University of California, Davis, and a Master of Science in Counseling from California State University, Sacramento. Currently, Tranh enjoys their sabbatical with coffee, California backroads, and studying for the LSAT.
